Privacy

Mir Sport operates a private pitch-sharing tool for its agents. When you open a pitch link, we measure page engagement to help the sending agent understand how the pitch was received. We do not sell, share, or transfer any of this information to third parties.

What we store

• A pseudonymised visitor identifier (first-party cookie, 13 months)
• Your country, region, and city — derived from a pseudonymised IP (the last octet is removed before hashing, per CNIL guidance)
• Device family, operating system, and device class
• The host you arrived from (referrer)
• Interaction counters on the pitch page (time on page, player cards opened)

What we do not store

• Your full IP address
• Your precise location
• Any personal data unless you submit it through the inquiry form

Retention

Raw page-view rows are kept for 180 days, then aggregated into monthly summaries and the underlying rows are purged.

This audience measurement is covered by the CNIL exemption from consent (Article 82 of the French Data Protection Act) because it is strictly first-party and used only for our own statistics.
